Candice Bryner has over 25 years of experience as a business litigator, including civil trials, arbitration, bankruptcy litigation and appellate practice. Before joining Outwater & Pinckes, LLP, Ms. Bryner had founded and operated her own law practice, Bryner Crosby, APC in 2005. Prior to forming her own practice, Ms. Bryner was a business litigation attorney at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth in Newport Beach, California.

In January 2024, Ms. Bryner joined Outwater & Pinckes, LLP. Ms. Bryner has continued her practice focus in the areas of complex business litigation, appeals, real estate litigation, lending law, fraudulent transfer litigation, bankruptcy litigation, as well as litigating disputes involving breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, business torts, and other commercial disputes.

Ms. Bryner has significant trial and litigation experience in State Court, Federal Court and Bankruptcy Court. In 2023, she successfully represented clients in obtaining jury verdicts of over $1M and $4M. She also successfully defended a client in the United States Bankruptcy Court in a lawsuit alleging several millions of dollars in allegedly non-dischargeable debt.

Personal Background

Ms. Bryner grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and currently lives in Aliso Viejo with her twin sons, Peter and Wyatt. She loves reading and writing poetry and thrillers.
