Brittany Horth Urig joins Outwater & Pinckes, LLP as a litigation associate having practiced as an attorney in Orange County, California, since 2014. Ms. Urig’s experience is both broad and diverse, which includes an in-house counsel position at Epson America, Inc. and a prior associate position at Latham & Watkins, LLP. At Epson, Ms. Urig counseled its executive team, and respective departments, regarding contract negotiations, real estate projects, trade developments, marketing initiatives, privacy and security matters, and other business matters.

Prior to joining Epson, Ms. Urig was an associate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP from 2014 to 2017, at which time she represented clients in complex real estate, finance, and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and restructurings.

Brittany is an Orange County native. She lives in Huntington Beach, California, with her husband, Brett. She enjoys teaching in various capacities at Harvard Law School, Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, Loyola Law School, Harvard Negotiation Institute and Tufts Gordon Institute.
